You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS
If you select a payment plan option at checkout you agree to all scheduled payments in full. By selecting a payment plan you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the dates specified at checkout.
 
In the event that any scheduled payment is missed declined or disputed access to the mentorship content will be suspended until payment is resolved. If a cancellation is requested before the payment plan is paid in full access to the mentorship will be removed immediately upon cancellation.

All payments collected prior to cancellation are non-refundable regardless of whether the content was accessed.
 
The payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled mid-plan without forfeiting access to the program. Selecting the payment plan option constitutes agreement to pay the full program price in installments.
 
REFUND POLICY
All digital products and programs including but not limited to course content recorded materials digital downloads and personal coaching calls are non-refundable once purchased.
 
Access to the mentorship is granted immediately upon purchase. The non-refundable policy applies regardless of whether the purchaser has logged into or accessed the content. Choosing not to access the content does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Personal coaching calls are considered delivered once the scheduled call has taken place and are non-refundable regardless of the purchaser's assessment of the value received. Calls that are extended beyond the scheduled time at the discretion of the coach do not constitute additional purchased services and are provided as a courtesy.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute the purchaser acknowledges that they agreed to these terms at checkout and that all payments made are final.
 
DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
All products and programs offered by The Wedding Mentor are digital in nature and are therefore non-refundable once purchased. This includes but is not limited to online courses, mentorship programs, digital guides, frameworks, recorded content, and personal coaching calls.
 
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that no refunds will be issued for any reason once access has been granted. Access is granted immediately upon purchase and payment confirmation.
 
The non-refundable policy applies in all of the following circumstances:
 
You have not logged into or accessed the content.
You have accessed some but not all of the content.
You have accessed all of the content.
You feel the content did not meet your expectations.
Your personal circumstances have changed since purchase.
You did not read or were unaware of the refund policy at the time of purchase.
 
Personal coaching calls included in any program are considered rendered services once the call has taken place and are non-refundable regardless of the perceived value of the call or its duration.
 
CIRCLE FOR MOTHERS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The Circle for Mothers is a monthly subscription program billed at $37 per month. By enrolling you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on your billing date each month.
 
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Circle for Mothers subscription at any time. To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing date please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled charge by emailing info@theweddingmentor.co.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before your next billing date may result in one additional charge. That charge will not be refunded but your subscription will be cancelled and no further charges will occur after that date.

Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation you will retain access to the Circle for Mothers content and community through the end of your current paid billing period. Access will be removed at the conclusion of that period.

Refund Policy
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once charged. Partial month refunds are not available. If you have been charged in error please contact us within 48 hours of the charge at info@theweddingmentor.co and we will review your request.

Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
